Timing Your Order
We don't keep inventory!   Your candy is prepared expressly for you, when you place your order.  We can prepare a number of items on short notice (even 1-2 days!), but request 10-14 days notice when possible.  Larger favor orders (100+ items) should be placed at least one month in advance and require a 50% deposit.  
 
Minimum Orders - waived for Christmas & Valentine's Day
Because each order is prepared fresh, I've found it isn't cost- or time-effective to prepare single-box orders.  I appreciate your understanding!  The following are effective 1/1/09:
For Gifts/Favors:  We have a $75 minimum, except during the Valentine's and Christmas seasons.  Other exceptions are made during busy times (e.g. I could prepare your $25 order if I am already preparing wedding favors around the same time). 
For Catering:  Three dozen minimum; five dozen minimum to dip in both milk & dark chocolates. 
Handmade Truffles:  Our truffles are precious and prepared over three days, with dozens of individual steps.  There is a two dozen minimum for truffles.

- Email at info@heidiscandies.com (you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, often sooner)
 
Delivery
To assure optimum conditions for your fresh chocolates, we prefer to deliver candy directly to you.  Deliveries can be made any day of the week at a time convenient for you.  Charges are nominal, e.g. $10 to Wheaton.
You may also pick up your candy at our home office in southeast Bartlett, Illinois, at a pre-arranged time.
 
Payment Methods
We presently accept cash or check, made out to Heidi's Candies, Inc. 
 
Shipping
Due to the fragile nature of fresh chocolate, we prefer not to ship our candy.  If you would like to include Heidi's Candies in a gift you're mailing, we'd be happy to recommend the candy that ships best, and package it carefully for you.

FRENCH MARKET DATES
Thank you to those who visited us during our 2007 French Market season, at the Lisle French Market and Wheaton French Market.  We don't presently have French Market dates scheduled.
