                           Heidi's Story

My name is Heidi Anderson, and I began making truffles ten years ago to give as Christmas gifts to family, friends, and colleagues.  Friends told me they looked forward each Christmas to the tradition of receiving truffles, and it wasn't long before I heard "these are fabulous -- you really should go into business!"  So I've obliged and am now happily in the chocolate business. 

 

Having handcrafted thousands of truffles over the years, I've perfected techniques and created flavors that I am proud to share.  I'm always eager to develop new recipes and products for my clients, and especially love to "cater candy" for special events and work with brides to personalize the perfect favor.  I find joy in handcrafting and sharing my love of candy, and am continually amazed at the growth of Heidi's Candies, almost entirely through client referrals.  I am honored and grateful to my loyal clients for so many wonderful referrals.

 

And...believe it or not...I still enjoy truffles on my days off!
